We are a full service independently owned real estate brokerage firm in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. We provide all of the real estate services that other firms do but we simply charge less.

We don't agree with charging different fees based upon income or home price. We think is time to start treating every buyer and seller fairly and equally. Because the when scope of work doesn't change, the fees shouldn't either.
